简要规则描述:为更好的开展招商引资工作,提供优质的企业服务,拟委托专业单位提供税务、工商相关服务。服务周期为一年,服务时间为早上8:30 至下午 16:30,国定节假日、双休日除外。服务量总计不少于 3.4万工时(其中,常规操作对接工时不低于 2.4 ****点击查看中心服务职能提升不低于1万工时,协助智能提升配备服务人员满足本科及以上学历),且服务人员满足甲方需求。服务内容包括但不限于:(1)新企业注册设立、外区迁入企业办理、开展办证一条龙服务,提升服务质量。(2)企业变更、注销等服务,体现服务便捷。(3)负责协助企业发票升级、购票、增量的服务工作。(4)负责协助企业企业所得税汇算清缴、注销清算等相关工作。(5)负责协助新办企业,开办税务记相关工作指导。(6)配合各税务老师完成日常税务工作,登报等服务工作。(7)接受企业的日常工作咨询,做好相关工作的引导和企业服务工作。(8)配合各税务老师完成日常税务工作,登报等服务工作。(9****点击查看中心做好重点企业跟踪服务,及时、准确对接重点企业各项需求,涉及相关事项、政策调整优先做好对接解读。

Brief Specification Description: To better carry out investment promotion work and provide high-quality enterprise services, it is planned to entrust professional units to provide tax and industrial and commercial related services. The service period is one year, with service hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding national holidays and weekends. The total service volume shall be no less than 34,000 working hours (including no less than 24,000 working hours for regular operation coordination, no less than 10,000 working hours for assisting in the improvement of the center's service functions, and service personnel with a bachelor's degree or above for assisting in intelligent improvement), and the service personnel shall meet the requirements of the client. The service contents include but are not limited to :(1) New enterprise registration and establishment, handling of enterprises moving in from other districts, and providing one-stop services for certificate processing to enhance service quality. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation case parties, or serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.****点击查看.cn) and China government procurement network (www.****点击查看.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities in their own names). 3. This project is only open for procurement from various suppliers such as small and micro enterprises. 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project
