简要规则描述：本项目拟通过公开竞争性磋商的采购方式选取一家合格供应商完成全民所有自然**资产清查，本项目主要工作内容：开展**区基准时点全民所有土地**、未确定使用权人国有建设用地、森林**、湿地**资产清查，对**区基准时点资产清查成果进行质量检查，编制区级资产清查成果。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief Specification Description: The project intends to select a qualified supplier to complete the inventory of all natural resource assets owned by the whole people through open and competitive negotiation procurement, and the main work content of the project is to carry out the inventory of all land resources owned by the whole people at the benchmark time point of Pudong New Area, state-owned construction land, forest resources and wetland resources assets of the undetermined user right holder, conduct quality inspection of the inventory results of the assets at the benchmark time point of Pudong New Area, and prepare the results of the district-level asset inventory. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).

合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至2025年12月31日。

The Contract Period: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2025.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
